By using this website or availing of a loan from Samofund Lending Corporation, you agree to the terms below. Your signed loan agreement prevails over this page where they differ.
Use of this website
- This website provides information about Samofund's loan products and lets you start a loan application. Content is for general information only and does not constitute a loan offer or approval.
- Loan calculator figures are estimates. Final loan amounts, fees, rates, and terms are confirmed by your branch upon approval.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information in any form you submit. Submitting false information may result in denial of your application.
Loan products and approval
- All loan products — Salary, Cash Advance, Appliance, Motorcycle, Pension, Seafarers, and Business loans — are subject to branch assessment, verification of documents, and Samofund's credit policies.
- Loan amounts vary with your take-home net pay, pension, allotment, or capacity to pay, as applicable to the product.
- Deductible fees (such as processing, insurance, and notarial fees) and equity requirements are disclosed before release and depend on the product and loan amount.
- Approval timelines (for example, same-day for Cash Advance or 24–48 hours for Salary, Pension, and Seafarers loans) are typical processing times, not guarantees.
Repayment
- Most loan products are repaid twice monthly; business loans are repaid monthly. Your exact schedule is stated in your loan agreement.
- Late payments may incur fees. If you anticipate difficulty paying, contact your branch immediately to discuss options.
- There are no early-repayment penalties on any Samofund loan product.
Limitation of liability
- Samofund is not liable for losses arising from your reliance on estimates or general information on this website.
- We may update these terms and the website's content at any time; the version posted here is the current one.
